Beer Brewing Pots:
Most beer recipes require a 60 minute boil and there are several strategies for boiling up your ingredients. It may be that a partial boil, where you boil all the ingredients with a small amount of water; adding additional cold water to your primary fermenter, is best suited. If you want to boil all 5 gallons at once you will need a kettle at least 7 gallons in size and it will help you quite a bit to have a wort chiller and propane burner.
