1.5 Briess Flaked Barley $1.75 Flaked barley helps with head retention with added protein. A very signature grain used in dry stouts, but you can add it to many styles of beers. It is recommended that you gelatinize the material before adding it to your mash. Use up to 10-25% of the grist.

1.5 Briess Dextrin Malt CaraPils $1.75 CaraPils is a low flavor/color that adds a dextrinous, non-fermentable sugar aid in head retention and beer viscosity. Common,y used in Pilsners and steam beers.
1.7 Briess 6-Row Malt $1.25 Compared to 2-row, this malt has more enzymes and more chafe so it is an excellent tool for high-adjunct malt bills to help with starch conversion and loitering. Contributes more stemmy flavor than 2-row. Use up to 100% of the grist.
1.7 Rarh 2-row malt $1.25 Made from Harrington barly grown in the Midwest and malted in Minnesota
2.0 Briess White Wheat $1.50 White wheat is high in protein so small amount added to the grist will aide in head-retention. This is a clean and precise malt with rounded wheat notes and the ability to ferment dye and clean without too much maltiness. Use 1-35% of the grist.
2.0 Briess Organic 2-Row $1.25 This is a great working man's and brewer's every-day malt with rounded malt characters and great extract potential. Use in most ales and even darker lagers when you wont to skip a step mash Use up to 100% in your grist.
2.0 Briess Flaked Wheat $1.75 Flaked wheat helps with head retention by adding protein. Use this material in small amounts to aide in head-retention or larger quantities for an intense wheatiness. It is recommended that you gelatinize the material before adding it to your mash. Use up to 40% of the grist.
2.0 Briess Flaked Rye $1.75 Flaked Rye helps with head retention with added protein. THis is a fantastic material for adding a palate-drying sensation, increasing the reddish colors of the beer and a mesmerizing rye flavor. It is recommended that you gelatinize the material before adding it to your mash. Use up to 10-40% of the grist.
2.0 Briess Flaked Rice $1.75 Flaked Rice 100% fermentable so it thins the body of beer that you want to have a lighter body, such as American Premium Pils, but also ESBs and old ales. It is recommended that you gelatinize the material before adding it to your mash. Lower the conversion temperature and extend your mash time. Use up to 40% of the grist.
2.0 Briess Flaked Oats $1.75 Flaked oats are made from de-hulled oats and it helps with head retention with added protein. THey add a silky texture to any brew. It is recommended that you gelatinize the material before adding it to your mash. You may need to increase you water to grain ratio to help in run-off. Use up to 5-25% of the grist.
2.0 Wwyermann CaraFoam Malt $1.75 Similar to cCaraPills, just a little darker and with a restrained caramel flavor and aroma. Use in any beer that you want added head-retention and foam stability. Use 1-5% of the grist.
2.0 Wwyermann Wheat Malt $1.50 An excellent base malt for all European and domestic wheat beers or for increasing head-retention in beer with small additions to a grist. Perfect for Kolsch, light biers and all wheat beers. It produces a slimmer and sprightly beer! Use up to 80% of the grist.
2.0 Simpson's Golden Promise $1.50 This is a fantastic base pale malt for beers that demand a full, rich malt profile. Biscuit and light toast flavors dominate. Use in English and Scottish ales as well as American and Belgian. Use up to 100% of the grist

2.0 Wwyermann Acidulated Malt $1.75 Acid malt has been processed to have lactobacillus bacteria present which gives the malt a lemony flavor.
3.0 Castle Pleated Malt $1.75 This malt has an assertive smokey flavor that can be used in Scottish ales and beers that can use little more complexity past in basic roast, toast, and caramel notes.
