Distiller’s malt is light colored and provides high diastatic power plus good extract. It is very high in protein compared to beer malts. Used in the production of whiskies and other spirits.

  • Enzyme, amino nitrogen, and starch source for partial to full distiller's mashes
  • Well-modified, with a gentle kilning cycle to raise enzyme levels
  • Color Range °L : 1.4 - 2.1
  • Target Color °L : 1.8
  • Moisture % : 4
