Columbus (or CTZ) hops rank high on the bittering scale, yet are also valued for its oil content which creates a hop that is an interesting dichotomy of sharp and herbal.

Use: Bittering

Alpha Acid: 14-17%  -Beta Acid: 3-5.5%  -Cohumulone: 28-32%
