Weyermann® Oak Smoked Wheat Malt is produced from German-grown top quality wheat.   This wheat malt is known for its fine, woodsy oak smoke aromas and taste, as well as hints of vanilla and honey.

Suitable for Wheat beers of course, as well as any Smoked beer style.  Also perfect for the often over-looked but recently revived Grodzizkie (Grätzer Beer) style.

  • Color °L: 2.1-2.8

    Protein Total: 10.5-13.5

    Moisture % Max: 5.5

    Extract FG Min: 82

    Usage Rate: Up to 80%

- Crushed means we mill it fresh for you, it's ready to brew with.  Choose this option only if you are ready to brew within 7 days (keep in mind the time it spends in-transit).
