High phenolic clove aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Also produces refreshing citrus and apricot notes for a crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculant than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher.

Flocculation: Low

Alcohol Tolerance: Medium (5 - 10%)

Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 66.00-70.00
